Hi, I'm Lucinda

Truly awaken to yourself and access the power that’s already within you so you can become the creator of your life.

Trauma expert, author, transformational coach, lover of life and a seeker. And I’m steadfast in the belief that we’re ALL put on this beautiful planet with the capacity to live wonderfully. But I didn’t used to feel this way... 


I spent much of my childhood and twenties trying to escape life mainly through addictions - reading, music, food, drugs, people.


Deep, inner, somatic healing changed my life. A light went on inside. This was the start of my trauma healing. I also knew I had to help others do the same. After training in AF-EMDR, the leaps I took personally and professionally were off the charts.


And then I had a spiritual awakening. With spinning chakras, energy pouring out of my body and my heart exploding out of my chest - weeks of utter ecstasy, mixed with days of torrential tears became my norm for some months. As this incredible experience integrated over time, I realised I had been given another gift. I wanted to use this to help others too.


I soon realised that deep, somatic trauma work alone wasn’t the most complete way to propel us forwards in our healing - I realised there was more.


And this is what I am sharing with you.
